Classroom Rules and Procedures
- Beginning of the period, be in your seat. If you are not in your seat, when the bell rings you will be marked TARDY and receive a DETENTION.
- Bring materials to class Everyday: paper and pencil.
- No food (gum/candy) in the classroom unless it is an EXTRA CREDIT DAY.
- Respect the teacher and your classmates.
- No one is to leave the classroom unless it is an Emergency.
- You must be in your seat at the end of the period. The bell does not dismiss you, the teacher does.
- Verbal warning.
- After school or Friday morning DETENTION.
- Referral to the office.
- Classwork/Homework--30%
- Quizzes--30%
- Tests--40%
- If you are absent, it is YOUR responsibility to get your missed assignment from the teacher. You will have the amount of days you were absent to turn in your assignment. (If you were absent for 2 days, you will have 2 days to make up your assignments.)
- Assignments that are not turned in on the day it is due may be turned in for a grade no higher than a 70 on the next day. After that, you will receive a zero.
